Welcome to Rustic Lace Events! We coordinate local Handmade Arts & Crafts Shows in the Middle Tennessee Area and specialize in unique and specialty handmade vendor events!
We have 8 events scheduled for 2024 and partnering with 615 VIP for a 9th event! Please review changes below before applying.
With our NEW application process - I have streamlined everything into one form including photo uploads, important vendor information questions and payment of your booth space. If you apply but need us to delay your booth space payment, you MUST list the date when we can approve your space to run your payment.

I will be retiring from doing Events after the November 16th event. I have to focus on my Medical Coding & Billing Career at this time.
It has been an absolute adventure and I will miss all of my amazing Vendors!

6th Annual Christmas Bazaar

Come enjoy amazing Handmade Arts & Crafts Vendors inside the Roost Barn at the beautiful Shelton Farms in Pelham, TN. This is our 6th year for this event and we will have Santa available inside the Main Barn for photos! (Bring your own camera)

We will ONLY be accepting Handmade, Boutique, Sweets & Treats, Snacks and Food Vendors this year.
Please DO NOT apply if you fall under the following:

Direct Sales Consultant (ie. Color Street, Paparazzi, Scentsy)

MLM Company Consultant (ie. Thrive)

Window Replacement Company Representatives

Gutter or Leaf Guard Company Representatives
Food Vendor Update:
We will only be accepting -3- Total Food vendor trucks/trailers at each event. Please contact Jessica Miller at 931-952-0207 before applying to be a food vendor to see if we are full or not.
*You will pay at the end of the event for your space. Please contact Jessica for more information & details about this.
Similar Vendor Conflicts Update:
Candle Vendors: Only 3 will be accepted in events with 60+ vendors
Freshies Vendors: Only 2 will be accepted in events with 50+ vendors
Wreath Vendors: Only 2 will be accepted - This applies if your booth is Mainly Wreaths - if you have other products and only have about 5 wreaths or less, you will not fall under this stipulation.
Jewelry Vendors: This is a Hard category. I will be limiting to 5 to 7 jewelry vendors at each event. This does not include Permanent Jewelry - Only 1 Permanent Jewelry Vendor Allowed and will not be included in the jewelry statistics. I will be carefully accepting vendors with a different variety. ie. Clay Earrings, Unique Jewelry (ie. recycled CD, precious stones, spoon rings etc.), beaded bracelets, sublimation and/or wood jewelry.
- If you have a small inventory of jewelry in your main booth but it is not all you sell, you MUST list that in your description for booth placement,
