Vendor Fees are Non-Refundable and used for Venue Rental, Advertising and other event Expenses. You are required to pay your invoice within 14 days of receiving. I will grant 1 extension if you need it. After the 14 days is up, you will be required to contact or reply to any communication (text, FB Message or Email) to advise us if you are no longer able to attend the event. "Ghosting" or Not replying within an addiquate amount of time will result in your applicaiton and acceptance being cancelled. No more then 30 days past your invoice due date.
